The annual Mayor’s Basketball Tournament is back, bringing together young talent for a thrilling showcase of hoops skills. Organized by the Department of Parks, Recreation & Conservation, this event takes place at Yonkers Middle High School.
Starting on Tuesday, February 20th, and culminating on Friday the 23rd, the tournament promises four days of intense basketball action. With three distinct age divisions, participants will compete in a spirited atmosphere, showcasing their prowess on the court. The divisions include 5th & 6th graders, 7th & 8th graders, and the upper tier of 9th & 10th graders.
Enthusiastic players and eager parents alike should mark their calendars, as the deadline for registration is fast approaching. All aspiring young athletes must complete their registration by Thursday, February 1, 2024.
