In the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, a 3,275-square-foot commercial storefront will house Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty product brand.
Savage X Fenty reportedly acquired a long-term lease at the space that was once inhabited by New York & Company, according to a Real Estate Weekly story. Savage X Fenty was represented internally in the purchase and is reimbursing a mortgage of $225 per square.
According to Jim Stifel, a chief investment officer of Benenson Capital, which jointly owns Cross County Center with Marx Realty, “they work to provide tenants and customers with a diversified mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options in order to create a splendid interaction to the area.
Cross County Center continues to rule as one of the top mixed-use centres in the country, drawing a diverse range of best-in-class retail, restaurant, and office users. They are excited to welcome Savage X Fenty to the equation as they gear up for another generation of the Cross County Center experience.
The franchise has not yet made an opening date announcement. More Savage X Fenty stores can be found in Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Houston, Culver City, and Reston, Virginia.
