Performers to Take the Stage at Yonkers Talent Showcase

It’s that time of year again—when the best and brightest amateur performers in Yonkers come together to showcase their talent.

The Yonkers Future Stars Talent Show is an opportunity for musicians, vocalists, magicians, dancers, and other entertainers to share their love of performing arts with fellow Yonkersites.

Hosted by the Yonkers Public Library, this unique talent show is open to participants of all ages, talents, and skill levels. Children, teens, adults, and seniors are all encouraged to audition.

Tryouts for the Yonkers Future Stars Talent Show are being held over two days at local libraries. Yonkers Public Library Riverfront branch will host auditions on April 6th. And the Grinton I. Will branch will host the event on April 15th.

The Yonkers Future Stars Talent Show is an annual event that brings together local talent for a unique and creative afternoon of fun. This family-friendly showcase also provides a foundational performing experience for new and upcoming entertainers.

Past winners of the popular talent show include Nathan Martinez, who won the event in 2015 by performing a dance routine to Michael Jackson’s hit song, “Pretty Young Thing.”

The Yonkers Future Stars Talent Show is a free general admission event hosted by Yonkers Public Library.

  • April 6th at the Riverfront Library from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
